After I collect a few more photos, I will post my own instructions on sprouting buckwheat and rice. These are the two foods I sprout and use almost daily. Until I do post the instructions you can get them on WikiHow. Their instructions are clear and easy to follow. When in doubt, just be sure to rinse rinse rinse for clean, sweet smelling sprouts!
